These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ovals mobile application ("App") provided by Ovals AI Inc. ("Ovals", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Ovals provides real-time speech-to-text captioning and related accessibility features. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, email, or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Ovals offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Ovals uses advanced speech recognition technology, but transcription is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Captions may contain errors, especially in noisy environments, with accents, or with technical vocabulary. Ovals should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication in safety-critical situations. Do not use Ovals as a substitute for professional captioning services where accuracy is legally required.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ovals AI Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovals AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
